This month, I recorded the numbers of steps I took on each day using a pedometer.
I took a total of 288049 steps over 31 days, which average out to 9291.90 steps per day. Not too bad considering experts say you should take about 10,000 steps daily.
I've found that I typically do a lot of walking on one day, then do almost no walking the next. Staying at home means I sit too much!
